Lead me not into Temptation

But deliver me from ... Sewing Machines Direct!!

It all started with Joleo when a friend loaned her one. Then Lisa bought a super snazzy one. Then Florence got one from her dad, and Anna's already made more stuff that you can shake a needle at with hers which only arrived last week! Call me weak, but I couldn't resist any more! Largely because if I'm going to make lots of stock for craft fairs and festivals, then what I really need is speed. And an overlocker machine = speed!

Oh lordy .. it looks very complicated. Lucky this little chap has turned up to help me.

Oh no! This is the one I now I have my eye on. After I saw Anna doing great things with hers I saw this one has a free arm, and am smitten. Open the box immediately! I'm so excited for you!

I read really good things about this machine when I was doing my own research (my local shop didn't stock it though, which is why I bought an Elna). I look forward to seeing what you make - I've found it such a comfort to know that once you've threaded it, you never really need to do it again as to change colours you just tie a small knot in the threads and feed them through by hand...so don't feel too dispirited if setting it initially takes a little longer than you hoped.

Oh you lucky girl! I'm dying to get myself one (but terrified of learning how to thread it at the same time) but have to wait until I move back to Australia.

Have fun playing with yours!

Oooh - lovely! I do wish you lot would stop doing this though. I'd have such a hard job convincing Moogsdad that I really really need an overlocker...what with the fact that I already have four sewing machines and an embellisher!!!
I'll have to get my fix by watching what you make!
