This is ... A work in Progress

Miss T has given me a project. She saw my corset pic, and thought I might be the right person for the job. She bought a corset style top on ebay.

Unfortunately, it is rather thin and flimsy

And a bit too lacy for her liking ..

These flimsy elastic loops and skinny ribbon, really don't cut the mustard in the fastenings department.

It needs some more robust "bones", and some strong linings.

But the fabric is pretty, and it's a lovely colour. I've removed the lace, and the un-necessary stitching.
It's now in bits, reduced to 7 peices ..

Oh lordy .. i wish i'd remembered to mark each peice as I went ...

Good lordy Miss Maudy! (Any chance you could add another eight panels into my corset as it barely goes across my back now!)
