This morning, Mr Marmalade and several other members of Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service took part in the OX5 Fun Run at Blenheim Palace which is set up to help raise money for sick and injured children at Oxford Children's Hospital.
David Cameron MP is just ahead. Looking very serious.

Mr Marmalade was not smiling after 42 minutes when he reached the finish line

The rest of the day was spent on the Allotment and in the garden. You can see what i've been doing there on my other blog, The Marmalade Patch.
Wow - celebrity running... :o)
ReplyDeleteYou must have felt like the paparazzi!
Well done to Mr. Marmalade...that's a great achievement!
He may not have been smiling, but he was still standing! Nice job, Mr. Marmalade and Friends :)
ReplyDeleteI was exhausted just looking at all that running :)
ReplyDeleteWell done Mr Marmalade!
ReplyDeleteWell done Mr Marmalade! I'm very impressed if you managed to get him to the allotment after that - Mr DC would have gone for a lie down!
ReplyDeleteWell done to Mr M. I've done a couple of sponsored walks at Blenheim Palace - such lovely surroundings. x
ReplyDeleteMy, passing exams, crossing finish lines... Bravo Mr Marmalade!
ReplyDeleteExcellent work for booking your hols, it's lovely to know you have something to look forward to.

I think Mr Marmalade is a marvel.
ReplyDeletePS No one should be smiling after 42 minutes of running!
Have to say that Mr MK is in far better shape than Mr Cameron - which is far enough as you are FAR more glam than MrsC.
ReplyDeleteI hope that Mr Cameron was aware what exalted company he was in.
