New Year, New Giveaway

Well perhaps not a new giveaway as there seem to be lots of these in the blogosphere...

All of us contributors were sent two copies of this lovely calendar and here is mine to giveaway.

I am "Miss 10th June" with my Toe Separators tutorial which is featured on this blog via the link down there on the left.  There are lots of 'famous' bloggy names in this calendar and trillions of good ideas!

To win just leave a comment on this blog telling me what you like to read about in a sewing blog and / or  what you would like to see here over the next year.  One of my new year resolutions is to be a more frequent blogger!

I will pick the winner on Sunday evening..

I find everything you sew to be very inspiring. I know my limitations but you have convinced me that I can stretch them a bit more. the calendar looks positively fab!

I really enjoyed your posts about drafting a skirt block. I love it when bloggers share their knowledge and can help me sew better. But I also love looking at pretty things to get me inspired!

I love to see your projects - and your zipper tutorial saved one of my skirts! I'd love to see more tutorials. I know they take a lot of time, but they are so helpful!

Tutorials and little tips on how to do different things are always appreciated. And I love looking at pictures of what other has accomplished.

Very nice! I can't believe this calendar wasn't publicised more - this is the first I've heard of it and I'm pretty much the target market!

I'd love to see more tutorials about corset and bramaking, especially in tweaking fit. I've tried bra-making a few times and the construction was straightforward but getting the right fit still eludes me!

Ooh, my birthday's on 10th June! :D

I love reading all your corsetry posts, so more of them please, and I am very interested in how you get things to 'go' together, as I'm still at the beginning of learning about patterns and how to modify them. It's educational to read about how a more experienced dressmaker type does all the complicated things :)

What a lovely giveaway! If I were to pick something I like to see in a blog it's information I can use. Tips, tricks, tutorials... That sort of thing.

i love the pictures and i always get a sense of joy (mixed with envy) at other peoples' creativity. I love tutorials as well and although i have only written one in my blogging past enjoyed the process thoroughly

I would love to see how to design a cupped corset rather than one with bust gores. Being a well endowed lass I need the support a cup gives, and I am having trouble figuring out the pattern for such a thing! Otherwise just keep blogging, it's inspiring!!!!! Thank you!

I really enjoy the pictures of your creations. In general, what I loooove to see in sewing blogs are tutorials, lots of pictures of creations, and sew-alongs (even though I have yet to participate in one). They all teach me a little at a time, and I could use it!

The thing I love about your blog is the crative engineering in your sewing - the stunning corsets and the dress foundadtions. Please keep showing construction details in these areas - I love seeing them. I recently attempted my first corest, inspired by your blog, and was thrilled with the result (alothough can't wait to do another to make some pattern changes)
